Friday: Kayden had his 18month check up. He got 2 shots and was not happy about it at all! Poor baby!!! He weighs 27.5 pounds. He is doing really well, and the Dr said he's very healthy and right on track of where he should be except for the eating. He is really bad at textures so what he will eat is very limited. We try new foods with him daily and it usually ends up on the floor or he screams until you take it off his tray. If you stick it in his mouth, he spits it out. One of these days, it has to get better... right??
That night, Mike & Mona came over and we had dinner and hung out. Fun night!
Saturday: Bruce's parents came out and took us to lunch and we took them for a little ride around to show them the area. Thanks for the lunch and the company, we had lots of fun! We also had a birthday bbq for my dad over at my sisters (Allissa and Justin's). His birthday was at the first part of August but since he is never home, saturday was the day. We had lots of yummy food and then sat arond and talked and watch the race. It was awesome to see everyone.
Sunday: Not much happening today. I pretty much spent the afternoon painting. One more day and I think I will have it finally done. These tall ceiling are killing me! oh well... it's looking so much better, it will just be nice to have it all done.

What a REFRESHING Sat. afternoon! I have GOT to get the recipe for your pasta salad--it really hit the spot!!!
That was a fun visit - loved seeing you, your new floor and that darling little boy again. . . and thanks for the drive seeing everything, including the Daybreak Temple being built. Can't wait for the day you two will go together to one of them!
