Things have been a bit crazy around here so I almost forgot to mention how well Kailey is doing in school (still). She came home this week with a progress report. Her teacher had wrote a note that said "i'm suppose to send progress reports home today for all the kids. There is no progress report :) Kailey is one of my top students and there is nothing to report on." He goes on to say that she is on a 6th grade reading level and his top speller and that she is doing awesome! He said he only has one issue... she knows all the answers and she doesn't give the other students a chance to answer. Not too much of a complaint... her nick name is Miss know-it-all in class :) Things could be worse...
Keep it up Kailey! We are always so proud of you and love you tons!

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year! I can't believe it's already 2010! 2009 was a really good year for us but i'm excited to see what 2010 brings.
This year for New Years Eve our family stayed at home and watched the ball drop. Kayden went to sleep at his normal time and the rest of us stayed up (well... Kailey and Bruce made it all the way). I took a little nap from 10:00-11:30 :)
Kailey and Kayden have really started to become little buddies. They have always played with eachother but now they are finally getting to the age where they are really having fun. It's so cute to see their little personalities. Here are just a couple pics of them playing before Kayden went to bed.
This is their newest trick. Piggy back rides. Kayden loves it! They both have dirty faces in this picture because they were eating chocolate. Kayden going for a little ride in the lego wagon
